Hard Good Return Policy

Returns are eligible within 30 days from the ship date. The product(s) must be new & not worn or used.

To start the return process, send us an email at info@7vdist.com with your return request.  Please include your order and reason for the return request. All items will be inspected when they are returned and if the product(s) appear to be used/worn it will be shipped back to you.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable & refunds from international returns will not include shipping costs.  If return request is approved due to a blemish, or quality concern your return may be eligible for a free return label.  If return request is due to other conditions, the customer may be required to pay for return shipping.

If your product was not received due to courier error (UPS, USPS), please contact our customer service team to start a missing package claim.

All sales are final on items purchased during a sale or promotion.

Thank you for checking in with us. Due to this being purchased through Snake Farm, you will need to send the item(s) back to us to the address below and include the following information in the package.

  3. Shipping address.
  4. Phone Number.
  5. Requested action - refund, gift card, exchange*

If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know what you'd like in place of the item sent back. Items requested for exchange must be of equal or lesser value. 

Nine Line Apparel accepts third party returns for refunds, store credit or exchange for up to 30 days from delivery date. For returns outside the 30 day window, please contact cs@ninelineapparel.com. Please be sure when sending the package back that you retain your tracking number in case anything falls through on the carrier's side.
